Purpose: To manage the downloading of our contents / To send you commercial information about our activities and services in the event that you tick the box authorising us to do so.

Legitimation: The processing is based on the unequivocal consent given by the user when filling in the form / The processing is based on the consent given by ticking the corresponding box.

Retention: Your data will be stored in our databases for 6 months / until you unsubscribe from our advertising mailings.

Newsletter

Purpose: To send you commercial information about our activities and services by electronic means.

Legitimation: The processing is based on the unequivocal consent given by the user when filling in the subscription form.

Retention: Until you request to unsubscribe from our advertising mailings.

Chatbot

3. TYPES OF DATA COLLECTED

Just 3D SL does not collect data considered especially sensitive such as: race or ethnic origin, political opinions or religious or philosophical beliefs, participation in trade unions, health, sexual activity or sexual orientation, biometric or genetic data.

It is the responsibility of each interested party to ensure that the data provided is true, accurate, complete and up to date, and they alone shall be liable for any direct or indirect damage or harm that may be caused as a result of non-compliance with this obligation.

In the event that the data provided by a user belongs to a third party other than the party providing the data, the user must inform the third party of the aspects contained in this Privacy Policy and obtain their authorisation to provide their data to Just 3D SL.

4. RECIPIENTS OF THE DATA

Service providers contracted by (Processors). For example, our hosting service, IT service providers or legal advisors.
